Mandatory Spay and Neuter bill passes in Los Angeles!

Los Angeles City and County have passed a madatory spay and neuter bill. Let's do everything we can to educate the public about this crucial bill IMMEDIATELY. It requires all dogs and cats to be spayed/neutered due to the absolutely overwhelming problem of pet over population. Of course there are exceptions to this bill. It is against the law to chain your dog for more than needed (max 3 hours) but even that is bad. Please report tethering to me or the LAAS.

It just killed me the other day when I visited the Local City Shelter. It was so miserable and overcrowded, so many dogs and cats in need of homes. PLEASE have it in your heart to adopt one of these wonderful creatures. DON'T BREED OR BUY!

Please look into adopting from the various shelters and rescue groups before going to a breeder or pet store. Oftentimes these animals were bred in horrible conditions. If you adopt from a shelter, you will be saving a life!
